"Hello, I'm Heather and I started Purrfect Company in April 2016. I love cats and providing cat parents with the best customer service. My background is working in print and design for clients such as Tesco, Burger King, Subway and Rolls Royce. I have excellent customer service and project management experience which I apply to this business which has helped the business grow.
In 2017 I became so busy I needed some help and took on additional sitters. I soon found people in areas outside of Portsmouth were also requiring our services. We continued to expand and we now have over 30 sitters working for Purrfect Company. I still manage all initial enquiries and ensure everything is ticking along nicely. You will always have me available for enquiries before, during or after your sit as well as your sitter.
We are all fully insured and DBS checked. I have cross referenced all of our sitters to ensure they have the Purrfect skills, reliability and personalities to provide you with a Purrfect service. I trust all of my sitters and I know they love cats so much, they'll make sure your furbabies receive all of the love whilst you are away.
We have a wonderful Purrfect sitters whatsapp group which we use to share stories, ideas, gorgeous snaps of your cats and help each other out should we need cover if a sitter is unavailable for a new booking request. Our network of Purrfect sitters, puts us above the rest locally, as we always have someone available should there be sitter sickness or if your sitter is fully booked or on holiday themselves. What do we do at Purrfect Company?
Your assigned sitter will come to your home, let themselves in and make a fuss of your cats, feed, water, play, clean litter, chat and do everything to make them happy whilst you are away. You can book us for one or two 30min visits a day. You will also receive a daily update with a photo to make you feel reassured they are ok. And its not just cats, we can see to any of your pets that might require looking after from Fish to Rabbits and even African Snails! We can also help with popping your bins out, watering plants and opening/closing curtains for added security.

- We do not arrive at your home with branded vehicles or uniforms. We also do not name your cat nor tag you on social media. We understand the importance of your home security whilst you are away. We are all incredibly reliable with the responsibilities of locking windows, doors and keeping hold of your keys.
- We do not charge additional costs for more than one animal nor for administering of medicine, such as insulin.
