You can get a full refund up to 3 weeks prior to the start date if you cancel. If dates change, we will do all we can to accommodate the change of dates but if we cannot do the new dates we will have to cancel the booking. If this is within 3 weeks of the start date, we cannot issue a refund. Payments made by bank transfer. 

Debit or Credit card payments are accepted, there is a 3.4% charge which goes to Paypal. Please let us know if you wish to pay by card.

*Booking must be over 4 days. Full payment for the sit must be received 1 month prior to the start date or the booking will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. If dates change we will do all we can to change the dates for you, if we cannot change the dates we will have to cancel the sit and the deposit will not be refunded.  Once full payment is made and you cancel within 3 weeks of start date, we will keep deposit and refund remaining money.
